To commemorate the Red Velvet Room; our humble home on 1739 Venables Street. This original banquet hall was run by the Astorino brothers since the 70's and was known for housing everything from weddings and bingo nights to DIY punk shows and art markets. After shutting their doors in 2012, this building sat relatively dormant until Alterior took over the space in 2022. For the last two years it has been the home of our studio, shop, events space and has become a true community hub in Vancouver. We are very grateful to be in the Red Velvet Room and will always cherish the special moments we've had in this building.
